THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />City Council Chamber <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, June 12, 2013 <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission Meeting of June 12, 2013, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chair Phil Blank. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Blank. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Janice <br />Stern, Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Marion Pavan, <br />Associate Planner; Jenny Soo, Associate Planner; and Maria <br />L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson, <br />Jennifer Pearce. and Mark Posson <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Before continuing with the Agenda, Chair Blank acknowledged former Commissioner <br />Kathy Narum's over six years of service on the Planning Commission and read a <br />Commendation for her from the City of Pleasanton, signed by all the Commissioners. <br />He stated that it was a great pleasure to know Ms. Narum personally and to work with <br />her on the Commission.
