PUD-85-08-01D-04M, Mark English, Pleasant Partners, LLC. — California Center Application for a PUD major modification and development plan to construct 305 apartment units, two retail buildings totaling approximately 7,520 square feet, new surface parking and a parking garage to serve the existing office uses, and related site improvements at the California Center property located at 4400 -4460 Rosewood Drive. Zoning for the property is Planned Unit Development— High Density Residential (PUD -HDR) and Planned Unit Development — Industrial /Commercial -Office (PUD- I /C -O). Future Planning Calendar Mr. Dolan advised that at least two of the major apartment developments will be coming before the Commission: the first is California Center, formerly CarrAmerica, which is tentatively scheduled for the next meeting, with the second, St. Anton Partners, the developer of the Nearon site, following shortly thereafter. He added that staff is trying to schedule a Work Session for the Pleasanton Gateway Project. b. Actions of the City Council No discussion was held or action taken. c. Recommendation of Planning Items for the 2013 City Council Priorities Commissioner Pearce stated that she is going back to the conversation the Commission had previously that the Commission should submit no more than three priorities. She indicated that she believes updating the Hacienda PUD should be one of the priorities.
