Zoning for the properties is PUD -LDR /O <br />(Planned Unit Development — Low Density Residential /Office) District. <br />c. P12 -1693, Arun Pai, General Contractor <br />Application for Design Review approval to construct an approximately <br />4,268- square -foot single - family home with a 719 - square -foot attached <br />garage at 6069 Kolb Ranch Drive, Lot 5 of the Kolb Ranch Estates <br />Zoning for the property is PUD - LDR /C /PHS/WO (Planned Unit <br />Development — Low Density Residential /Commercial /Public Health and <br />Safety[Wildlife Overlay) District. <br />Commissioner Pearce moved to make the conditional use findings for <br />Case P12 -1744 as listed in the staff report; to find that the proposed PUD <br />Development Plan, Case PUD -93, is consistent with the General Plan, the North <br />Sycamore Specific Plan, and the purposes of the PUD Ordinance, and to make the <br />appropriate PUD Development Plan findings for Case PUD -93 as stated in the <br />staff report; and to approve Cases P12 -1744 and P12 -1693 and recommend <br />approval of Case PUD -93, subject to the Conditions of Approval as listed in <br />Exhibit A of the respective staff reports. <br />Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, November 28, 2012 Page 2 of 38 <br />
