Zoning for the property is PUD -HDR <br />(Planned Unit Development — High Density Residential) and PUD -C <br />(Planned Unit Development — Commercial) Districts. <br />This item has been continued to the November 28, 2012 meeting. <br />d. P12 -1753, City of Pleasanton <br />Application to amend Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to <br />modify Chapter 18.08 (Definitions) and to add Chapter 18.108 (Cottage Food <br />Operations) establishing a permit process and performance standards for <br />home -based food production and sales in residences. <br />This item has been continued to the November 28, 2012 meeting. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW /ACTION <br />Acting Chair Blank noted that the language about the Consent Calendar was missing <br />from the Agenda and requested that it be restored as it would be of great relief to the <br />Chair. <br />Acting Chair Blank requested that the slides displayed during the PowerPoint <br />presentations be indexed to correspond with the pages on the project plan exhibits.
