Commissioner O'Connor requested that his name be added to the "Ayes" vote under <br />the "Roll Call Vote" at the bottom of page 6. <br />Under the Commission's discussion on Lund Ranch II on page 7, Commissioner <br />O'Connor referred to the last sentence of the seventh paragraph regarding Mr. Dolan's <br />statement, "He noted that this would be helpful to the Commission when the application <br />comes back, more so than some outside person's opinion." and stated that he believed <br />that the Commission was talking about peer reviewer or a licensed civil engineer. He <br />added that in response to his request for an update on the peer review, he believed <br />Mr. Dolan had indicated to the Commission that the Council had asked to postpone the <br />peer review. He noted that this was not reflected in the fourth paragraph. <br />Some of the Commissioners commented that they did not remember that. <br />Chair Pentin added that he was not sure he remembered it that way either. <br />Commissioner O'Connor requested that staff review the tape recording to verify his <br />recollection. <br />Commissioner Narum indicated that she would accept those changes subject to staff's <br />review of the recording. <br />Commissioner Blank agrees. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, Olson, Pearce, and Pentin <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />RECUSED: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />The Minutes of the August 22, 2012 meeting were approved as amended. <br />3.
