18.88.130 Designation of facilities <br /> <br /> A restrictive covenant, easement, or other document acceptable to the City Attorney shall be <br />recorded with the Alameda County Recorder's Office for any off-street parking facility which is <br />a) held open to the public, b) a joint use parking lot, or c) located on a site other than the site it is <br />intended to serve. The restrictive covenant or other document shall designate the off-street <br />parking facilities and the properties being served by such parking facilities, shall stipulate that <br />the parking facility will be used for the intended purpose, and shall contain legal descriptions of <br />all sites involved. The restrictive covenant or other document shall be approved by the City <br />A~torney. The Zoning Administrator shall remove the restriction upon finding that the required <br />number of off-street parking spaces or in-lieu parking fees have been provided in compliance <br />with the requirements of this chapter. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
