ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Janice <br />Stern, Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Marion Pavan, <br />Associate Planner; Wes Jost, Development Services <br />Manager; Josh Pack, Senior Transportation Engineer; and <br />Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Jerry Pentin; Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy Narum, <br />Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
