MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />A('.FNnA <br />There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Planning Commission. <br />4. REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Janice Stern advised that there were no revisions to the Agenda. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />a. P11 -0053, Dan Suva /U -Haul Pleasanton <br />Application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an automobile rental <br />business at 3657 Old Santa Rita Road, Suite B. Zoning for the property is <br />C -S (Service - Commercial) District. <br />b. Tract 7968. Robert Molinaro & David DiDonato (Donato Builders. Inc.) <br />Application for a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide an <br />approximately 1.17 -acre site located at 4174 and 4189 Stanley Boulevard <br />into 13 residential lots and one common area parcel. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD -HDR (Planned Unit Development — High Density <br />Residential) District. <br />Commissioner Narum moved to (1) make the Conditional Use Permit findings as <br />listed in the staff report and approve Case P11 -0053, subject to the Conditions of <br />Approval as listed in Exhibit A of the staff report; and (2) make the findings that <br />the physical environment has not significantly changed since the time that the <br />Final EIR for the Downtown Specific Plan was approved, that there are no newer <br />information or changed circumstances that require additional CEQA review, and <br />that Tract 7968 is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan; make the <br />subdivision map findings as listed in the staff report; and approve Tract 7968, <br />subject Conditions of Approval listed in Exhibit A of the staff report. <br />Commissioner Olson seconded the motion. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, July 11, 2012 Page 2 of 16 <br />
