Hoey, <br />Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Jerry Pentin, and Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy <br />Narum, Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson; and Jennifer Pearce <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />There were no Minutes for consideration. <br />3.
