Section 2. Section 2-7.08(a) (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of <br /> Article 8 (C - Commercial District), Chapter 2 (Zoning), ~ <br /> Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br /> is hereby amended by deleting the following use categories: <br /> <br /> "Garden Shops" <br /> "Nurseries and Garden Supply Stores" <br /> "Nurseries and Garden Supply Stores provided all <br /> equipment, supplies and merchandise other than <br /> plants shall be kept completely within an enclosed <br /> building and fertilizer of any type shall be <br /> stored and sold in package form only." <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 2-7.08(a) (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of <br /> Article 8 (C Commercial Districts) of Chapter 2 (Zoning), <br /> Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code <br /> of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended by adding the <br /> following use categories: <br /> <br /> (a) "Garden Centers" shall be added as a conditional use <br /> in the C-R and C-S District; and <br /> <br /> (b) "Plant shops" as a permitted use in the C-C, C-N, <br /> and C-R districts. <br /> <br />Section 4. Subsection (3) of ~2-7.20 of Article 9 (I-Industrial <br /> Districts), Chapter 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and <br /> Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of ~ <br /> Pleasanton is amended by deleting "Nurseries and Garden <br /> Supply Stores." <br /> <br />Section 5. Article 9 (I Industrial District), Chapter 2 (Zoning), <br /> Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code <br /> of the City of Pleasanton is further amended by adding <br /> the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Section 2-7.21(1) is amended by adding subsection (j) "Garden Centers." <br /> <br /> (b) Section 2-7.21 is amended by adding to subsection (3) the use "Garden Centers." <br /> <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (_30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 7.
