All utilities shall be installed in <br />conduit. <br /> <br />Overhead utilities serving existing homes that are to remain within the project shall be <br />placed underground within the improved portion of the subdivision. <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a grading permit and/or final map for this project, the <br />applicant shall provide the City with a copy of the "General Permit for Storm Water <br />Discharge with associated construction activities" issued by the Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board. <br /> <br />Where streets abut slope banks, a minimum of two (2) feet of flat area is required <br />from back of curb to the hinge point of the slope. If utilities are to be installed within <br />the P.S.E. in such locations, the eight-foot P.S.E. shall have a minimum 2% slope. <br /> <br />Where no parking is proposed along "A" and "B" Streets, satisfactory signage <br />indicating "No Parking" shall be installed. <br /> <br />Concrete-lined drainage ditches shall be installed above all retaining walls. Those <br />within individual lot areas shall be drained within each lot to a location found <br />satisfactory by the City Engineer and shown on the final improvement plans. <br /> <br />The Chrisman new portion of the private driveway shall have a concrete-lined V-ditch <br />located along the lower side of the driveway. <br /> <br />In addition to regulating the haul route to and from this project pursuant to PUD <br />Condition No. 106, the City Engineer shall regulate the hours of all truck traffic so as <br />to avoid conflicts with school traffic during peak school drop-off and pick-up hours <br />and shall preclude use of the school loop road as a portion of the approved haul route. <br /> <br />(end) <br /> <br />Tract 7399, Northstar Development <br /> <br /> <br />
