CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 03-096 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT <br />MAP - TRACT 7399, NORTHSTAR CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 9, 2003, the Planning Commission denied Vesting Tentative <br />Map 7399, the application of Northstar Construction and Development consisting <br />off (1) 19 single-family lots within the 13.2-acre Low Density area; (2) a 12.4- <br />acre Hillside Residential/Open Space lot (Parcel A) containing the existing <br />Chrisman residence and associated accessory buildings; (3) three commonly- <br />owned space lots (Parcels B, C, and D) containing about 4.7 acres located at 1944 <br />Vineyard Avenue (Lot 23 in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan) and a <br />portion of 2200 Vineyard Avenue (Lot 22); and <br /> <br />the property is zoned Planned Unit Development - Low Density <br />Residential/Hillside Residential/Open Space District; and <br /> <br />within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Northstar <br />Construction and Development submitted an appeal; and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br />opportunity to comment on the proposed project; and <br /> <br />the City Council finds that there are no new or changed circumstances which <br />require additional C EQA review of the project; and <br /> <br />the City Council £mds that Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7399 is consistent with <br />the findings presented in the Planning Commission staff report dated June 11, <br />2003, and is in conformance with the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan and the <br />PUD development plan approved for this property. <br /> <br /> <br />
