CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 03-109 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2004 ADVISORY BOARD FOR <br />THE PLEASANTON DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION BUSINESS <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND APPOINTING MEMBERS THERETO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The Parking and Business Improvement Area Law of 1989 requires the City <br />Council to appoint an advisory board to prepare the annual budget with a report <br />describing the improvements and activities of the downtown improvement district; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report will also outline any recommended changes to the boundaries of the <br /> district and/or the methodology of assessing each business. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council hereby establishes for 2004 an Advisory Board for the <br />Pleasanton Downtown Association Business Improvement District. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The Executive Board of the Pleasanton Downtown Association is to be the <br />Advisory Board for 2004 and shall be comprised of the following members. <br /> <br />Darryl Alexander, Alexander & Associates <br />James Hoge, Hoge Realty & Law Offices <br />Peter MacDonald, Attorney at Law <br />Judy Wheeler Ditter, Towne Center Books <br />Janet Yarbrough, Certified Public Accountant <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
