Scope of Work — Continued
Once the Computers and their components have arrived. Mike McGee would reach out to City of
Pleasanton IT. We would want to schedule a sit down to verify the project rollout.
If the City is accepting,we can Invoice out the Computers, and deliver to IT for imaging. When rolling out
new CPUs into Fleet we understand the Fleet is operational, and must remain working, with few cars as
possible out of service.
Critical will be the timing of the installs. With imaged tablets ready to deploy, the physical installation
process should move smoothly.
Hypothetical Scenario:
Friday June 9`h,Award Given to Pursuit North
Monday June 12th, Computers, Docks, Keyboard,Antenna, Mounts Ordered
Estimated Lead Time 6 Weeks
Equipment Received 100%week of July 24th
If MDCs are needed for Imaging, we can Partial Invoice them (MDCs)to City of Pleasanton
MDCs Delivered week of July 31"(with Invoice).
Look to Mid August For Schedule Of Labor, as quoted, removal old MDCs, install new MDCs.
Upon completion of antennas, mounts, install Labor to invoice.
Service Contract/Maintenance Contract
Currently, we do not offer annual service or maintenance contracts.
Product Support
Pursuit North stands behind our products and labor 100%.
