CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1891 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF RAY AND <br />MICHELE PETERSON FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-27 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Ray and Michele Peterson have applied for PUD development plan approval to <br />subdivide an existing 1.67-acre site into two single-family residential lots located <br />at 2201 Martin Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - Low Density <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on August 5, 2003 and on September 2, <br /> 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan is appropriate for this <br /> site. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-27, the application of Ray and Michele Peterson for PUD <br />development plan approval per Exhibit "B" (attached) to subdivide an existing <br />1.67-acre site into two single-family residential lots located at 2201 Martin <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in the "Valley Times," a newspaper of general cimulation published in <br />the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) <br />days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of City of Pleasanton on August 5, <br />2003. <br /> <br />RE-INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br />September 2, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />
