ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 1993-2,BONDE RANCH <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON,ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> Stephen Kirkpatrick,City Engineer,Engineer for Lighting and Landscape District No. 1993- <br /> 2, Bonde Ranch, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report, as directed <br /> by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping <br /> and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> The improvements, which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> The maintenance and repair of street lights, designated landscaped areas, open space <br /> slopes,fuel transition zones(fire breaks),entry features,open space drainage ditches, <br /> irrigation systems,trees in the open space and designated landscaped areas,together <br /> with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6483, City of Pleasanton. <br /> The district property behind the Ventana Hills neighborhood has been removed from <br /> the Bonde Ranch Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District, as indicated in the <br /> updated map, and is now incorporated into the Bonde Ranch Open Space. <br /> This Report consists of five parts, as follows: <br /> PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. <br /> Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this <br /> report and are included in it by reference. <br /> PART B - An estimate of the cost of the improvements. <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited <br /> parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br /> PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the <br /> amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> PART E - A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within the assessment <br /> district.
