Below-Market Rental Housing <br /> Livermore Chamber of Commerce Complexes <br /> Business Centers or Large Employers Major Apartment Complexes <br /> Wheels Developments participating in <br /> Winegrower's Association Pleasanton's Homeownership <br /> Affordable Rental Complexes: Assistance Program <br /> • Leahy Square <br /> • Maralisa Meadows <br /> • Owls Landing <br /> • Stoney Creek <br /> 4) Maintain a list of households seeking housing opportunities for use in marketing <br /> the Cities' housing programs. <br /> 5) Maintain a listing of local lenders, realtors, and title companies that are available <br /> to provide services to households interested first-time homebuyer opportunities <br /> and act as a coordinating point of contact for mortgage assistance resources for <br /> first-time homebuyers in the Cities. <br /> 6) Provide access to information about program services through ECHO's website. <br /> 7) ECHO will provide information and referrals to the general public regarding local, <br /> regional, state and federal housing resources. <br /> Outreach <br /> The Housing Opportunity Center services will focus outreach to low and moderate- <br /> income households (80-120% of Area Median Income as defined by the Cities' <br /> affordable housing programs) who are residents and/or employed in the cities of <br /> Livermore and Pleasanton. <br /> ECHO will include information on outreach activities as part of reporting activities for <br /> the Services and will identify issues and opportunities regarding overall program <br /> administration. <br />
