S. That the trail system shown on the P.U.D. develop- ment plan be constructed by the developer at the time of development of the subdivision, that the trail system have a minimum clear width of 15', that the trail be paved for a minimum width of 10' with 2" A.C. over 5" A.B. with soil sterilant and that a 1' minimum wide shoulder be constructed on each side of the paving with a minimum section of 5" A.B. and that an additional 3' clear space be maintained between edge of shoulder and top of bank. T. That back-up fencing along De~ Valle Parkway be constructed in accordance with City's standards for back-up fencing with minor modifications acceptable to Director of ~.~inee.r~ng Services to be allowed in spacing Of the\Srick or block pilasters. U. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by the City at the time of approval of the final map at the rate then in effect and for the total number of lots in the final map. V. That a low fence be constructed between the end of the 6' board fences and the cul-de-sac to separate public trail traffic from private pro- perty. Design of fence to be approved by the Director of Engineering Services. W. The proposed section for Harvest Circle shall be revised as shown on the enclosed detail. X. The south side of Harvest Circle be signed for "no parking" along its entire length fronting the channel and that these signs be placed just off the back of the bike path. Y. Approved bicycle safety rail fence should be installed between the bike path and the channel at locations required for safety. Section 2.
