An additional $24,753 was spent on fence repair work completed earlier this year and <br /> $385.49 was spent on entry light repairs. $10,000 has been allocated for the remaining fence <br /> painting required. At the time of this report a fund balance of approximately $51,000 exists for <br /> Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1994-1. The projected expenses requiring use of <br /> the fund balance total $25,346.50. Reserve/replacement funds are held in an interest bearing <br /> account until needed for repairs to the irrigation system, landscaping or other District features. <br /> 4 <br />
