At <br /> the time of this report a fund balance of approximately $17,000 exists for Landscape <br /> Maintenance District 1993-1, Windsor. The projected expenses requiring use of the fund balance <br /> total $5,526. Reserve/replacement funds will be held in an interest bearing account until needed <br /> for future repairs or replacement of entry walls, signage, irrigation systems, landscaping or other <br /> District features. <br /> 4 <br />
