Complexes, and Developments participating in Pleasanton's Homeownership <br /> Assistance Program. <br /> • Maintain a list of households seeking housing opportunities for use in marketing <br /> Pleasanton's housing programs. <br /> • Maintain a listing of local lenders, realtors, and title companies that are available <br /> to provide services to households interested in first-time homebuyer opportunities <br /> and act as a coordinating point of contact for mortgage assistance resources for <br /> first-time homebuyers in Pleasanton. <br /> • Provide access to information about program services through ECHO Housing's <br /> website. <br /> • Provide information and referrals to the general public regarding local, state, and <br /> federal housing resources. <br /> ECHO Housing's budget for FY17/18 is below: <br /> ECHO Housing <br /> Housing Opportunity Center <br /> Homebuyer Education Program <br /> Budget Fy2017-2018 <br /> Salaries $ 62,279 <br /> Fringe Benefits $ 19,087 <br /> Rent & Telephone $ 21,368 <br /> General Operation Expenses $ 7,266 <br /> Total $110,000* <br /> *Includes $55,000 from the City of Livermore and$55,000 from the City of Pleasanton. <br /> Term of Agreements <br /> The term for each of the agreements is July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. <br /> Fiscal and Administrative Impacts <br /> Funds to support the BMR ownership program administration and related first time <br /> homebuyer services have historically been appropriated from the City's Lower Income <br /> Housing Fund (LIHF) on a project or case-by-case basis. In recent Affordable Housing <br /> Agreements for new housing, the City has collected a modest administrative fee from <br /> developers upon close of escrow and sale to the eligible buyers to pay for marketing <br /> costs, BMR applicant selection and defray ongoing monitoring costs.
