By Resolution No. , approved a PUD Development Plan to <br /> demolish the existing religious building and related improvements located on the Property and <br /> construct 36 single-family homes, a private clubhouse with a parking lot and related site <br /> improvements ("PUD Development Plan"). <br /> 6. By Resolution No. , approved a Vesting Tentative <br /> Subdivision Map to subdivide the Property into 36 residential parcels and four common area <br /> parcels ("Vesting Tentative Map"). <br /> 7. Conducted the first reading of Ordinance No. , an ordinance <br /> approving this Agreement and directing this Agreement's execution by City ("Approving <br /> Ordinance"). <br /> E. On May 16, 2017, the City Council conducted the second reading of and adopted <br /> the Zoning Amendments and the Approving Ordinance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, with reference to the foregoing recitals and in consideration of the <br /> mutual promises, obligations and covenants herein contained, City and Developer agree as <br /> follows: <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> SECTION 1. DEFINITION OF TERMS. <br /> This Agreement uses certain terms with initial capital letters that are defined in this Section 1 <br /> below or elsewhere in this Agreement.
