CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 818 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING S2-7.08(a) (PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL <br /> USES) OF ARTICLE 8 (C COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 <br /> (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE <br /> ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON BY ADDING GUARDS' <br /> LIVING QUARTERS <br /> <br /> tHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection 2-7.08(a) of Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The use "guards' living quarters" is added to the <br /> list of conditional and permitted uses in S2-7.08(a) <br /> as a conditional use in the C-S (Commercial Service) <br /> District. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br />after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general <br />circulation, published and circulated in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on March 28 , 1977. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on April 11 , 1977 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Her[Lhy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philc0~ <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROBERi .
