There are three (3) areas for contractors to bid <br /> on within this section: <br /> 1. Contractors will supply trade names and hourly rates associated with the tasks of General leaf and <br /> debris clean-up and general shrub pruning and trimming. <br /> 2. Contractors will supply hourly rates associated with the tasks of Applying Pesticides. These tasks <br /> are to he performed by Qualified Applicator Certified personnel only. <br /> 3.
