City of Pleasanton "As Needed Services" Bid#OSD-17-02-ANCS PARKS LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SCOPE OF SERVICES The City is requesting an experienced contractor to perform routine landscape maintenance work in the City parks and street median areas on an as-needed basis. There are three (3) areas for contractors to bid on within this section: I. Contractors will supply trade names and hourly rates associated with the tasks of General leaf and debris clean-up and general shrub pruning and trimming. 2. Contractors will supply hourly rates associated with the tasks of Applying Pesticides. These tasks are to be performed by Qualified Applicator Certified personnel only. 3. Contractors must provide a unit cost for Mowing and Edging Services they will provide. BID FORM The cost quoted below shall include all taxes and all other charges, including travel expenses, and is the cost the City will pay for the term of any contract that is a result of this bid. For items below, assume all vehicles, tools, equipment, supervision, and overhead necessary, unless noted.
