Additionally, the City <br /> paid $3,450 for an arborist report for the trees along Independence that were not covered in the <br /> previous report. At the time of this report a fund balance deficit of approximately $12,000 exists <br /> for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1993-2, Bonde Ranch. The projected budget <br /> estimates that a total of$951.27 will be required from the Reserve/Long-term Replacement Fund. <br /> The reserve/long-term replacement funds are held in an interest bearing account until needed for <br /> repairs to the landscaping, irrigation systems, fencing or other District features. <br /> 4 <br />
