An additional $4,900 was required at the end of fiscal year 2016/17 for weed <br /> abatement, plant removal and replacement, and irrigation repairs. Staff anticipates that the <br /> decorative entry lights will be repaired/replaced and the street lights along Moller Ranch Drive <br /> and fencing at the trailhead parking lot will be repainted. At the time of this report a fund balance <br /> of approximately $290,000 exists for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1, <br /> Moller Ranch. The projected expenses requiring use of the fund balance total $25,179.47. <br /> Reserve/replacement funds are held in an interest bearing account until needed for repairs to the <br /> masonry walls, entry signage, irrigation systems, landscaping or other District features. <br /> 4 <br />
