CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 816 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 1.42 ACRES LOCATED ON <br /> THE WEST SIDE OF SONOMA DRIVE BETWEEN;JUNIPERO STREET AND <br /> DEVELOPED LOTS TO THE SOUTH OF JUNIPERO STREET FROM THE <br /> RM-2500 (MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND FOR APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN ON THE 1.42 ACRE SITE AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF <br /> THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY (ZONING UNIT MAP #163) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Rezones. approximately 1.42 acres located on the west <br /> side of Sonoma Drive between Junipero Street and developed <br /> lots to the south of Junipero Street, from the RM-2500 <br /> (Multiple Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) District, as more particularly described in <br /> Zoning Unit Map No. 163 attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, <br /> 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and divid- <br /> ing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended in <br /> accordance with the action set forth in Section 1 above. <br /> <br />Section 3. Zoning Unit Map No. 163, dated April 13, 1977, on file <br /> with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part <br /> hereof by reference, designates said land use and zoning <br /> district. <br /> <br />Section 4. Approves the Development Plan submitted with and approved <br /> concurrently with the Planned Unit Development District <br /> rezoning request authorized by Section 1, above, subject to <br /> the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (1) That the development be substantially as shown on the <br /> development plan, entitled "Mission Park PUD," by <br /> J. Jack Bras and Associate Architects revised March 1, <br /> 1977, on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br /> (2) That the rear yard requirement for the units facing <br /> Sonoma Drive be 12 feet. <br /> <br /> (3) That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment <br /> permit from the City prior to the beginning of constru- <br /> tion. <br /> <br /> (4) That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the <br /> start of construction to final inspection and that the <br /> Fire Division emergency number be provided adjacent to <br /> all telephones on the site. <br /> <br /> <br />
