Adopt resolutions approving the engineer's reports for the Geologic Hazard <br /> Abatement District's (GHAD) for Oak Tree Farm, Moller Ranch, Laurel Creek <br /> Estates (The Preserve, Oak Hill Estates, and Kolb Ranch Estates), and <br /> Lemoine Ranch Estates; declaring the Board's intent to assess properties for <br /> the cost to maintain and operate the district's; and setting June 20, 2017 as <br /> the public hearing date <br /> 6.
