RESOLUTION NO. 17-927 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MASTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ADMINISTERING <br /> AGENCY (CITY OF PLEASANTON) AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR FEDERAL- <br /> AID PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for <br /> certain Transportation Projects, through the California Department of Transportation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange <br /> Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the California <br /> Department of Transportation before such funds can be claimed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton wishes to delegate authorization to execute these <br /> agreements and any amendments thereto. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. That the City Manager be authorized to enter into the revised Master <br /> Agreement No. 04-5101F15. <br /> SECTION 2. That the Director of Engineering/City Engineer be authorized to execute all <br /> Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements <br /> and any amendments thereto, with the California Department of Transportation. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a <br /> regular meeting held on May 2, 2017. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May 2017, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> a <br /> I I / <br /> 1■J /t <br /> K=ren Di:z, City Cler' <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> g 1i /' <br /> Daniel G.
