Mayor Throne stated he does not like the project across from BART, the City cannot restore all three <br /> lanes that were eliminated, and he would like to see options relative to placing, at least, two lanes back. <br /> He added he would opt for a six-month report from staff. <br /> No action was necessary. <br /> 13.
