Ponderosa Homes at 6900 Valley Trails Drive <br /> Initial Study and Negative Declaration <br /> The project would also install a new tot-lot and perform landscape <br /> improvements within Valley Trails Park. The landscape replacement is <br /> consistent with the Valley Trails Park improvement recommendations listed in <br /> the Parks and Recreation Master Plan. <br /> The proposed project would also further the following General Plan Programs <br /> and Policies: <br /> Land Use Element <br /> Program 10.1 : Use planned unit development (PUD) zoning for residential <br /> properties that have unique characteristics or to accommodate <br /> development that does not fit under standard zoning classifications. <br /> Housing Element <br /> Goal 1 : Attain a variety of housing sizes, types, densities, designs, and <br /> prices which meet the existing and projected needs of all economic <br /> segments of the community. <br /> Goal 14: Provide adequate locations for housing of all types and in <br /> sufficient quantities to meet Pleasanton's housing needs. <br /> Therefore, the potential impact would be categorized as less than significant. <br /> c) There is no habitat conservation plan or natural community conservation plan <br /> applicable to the project area.
