If spilled, these <br /> substances could pose a risk to the environment and to human health. In the <br /> event of a spill, the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department is responsible for <br /> responding to non-emergency hazardous materials reports.The use, handling, <br /> and storage of hazardous materials are regulated by both the Federal <br /> 26 <br />
