PUD-104-1M/PUD-81-22-15M Condition No. 15 requires that the developer shall submit <br />plats and legal descriptions vacating existing PSEs determined by the City Engineer to <br />be no longer necessary. The public water and sewer mains have been relocated and <br />new public service easements have been dedicated to the City by Workday, Inc. <br />(property owner of 6120 and 6160 Stoneridge Mall Road) and Bay Area Rapid Transit <br />District (property owner of 6110 Stoneridge Mall Road). Accordingly, the City Engineer <br />has determined that certain existing PSEs on 6110, 6120, 6140 and 6160 Stoneridge <br />Mall Road and the public service easement providing public access to the private park, <br />located on Parcel 6 (APN 941 120108700) of Parcel Map 5292, are no longer <br />necessary and are to be summarily vacated per Section 8333(c) of the Streets and <br />Highway Code. <br />Staff has reviewed the plats and legal descriptions for vacating the PSEs that were <br />provided by Workday, Inc.'s consultant. See Attachment 3 for the plats and legal <br />descriptions. <br />Notification was mailed to the utility companies providing them with a 30 -day opportunity <br />to request that the City reserve a private utility easement.
