CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL AND REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />March 7, 2017 <br />Mayor Thorne called the special meeting to order at the hour of 6:30 p.m. <br />Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br />Absent: None <br />The meeting adjourned to closed session for the following purpose: <br />Public Employee Performance Evaluation pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Title: City Attorney <br />Conference with Labor Negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />City's designated representatives: Mayor Thorne and Councilmember Narum <br />Unrepresented employee: Daniel Sodergren, City Attorney <br />The following item was pulled from the agenda. <br />Agency representatives: Nelson Fialho and Debra Gill <br />Employee organization: Pleasanton Police Officers Association <br />1 <br />The special meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m. <br />Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Narum led <br />the pledge of allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br />Absent: None <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />Councilmember Pentin requested that Item No. 6 be pulled from the Consent Calendar and place on <br />the regular agenda as Item No. 14. <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br />Mayor Thorne advised that no reportable action was taken in closed session. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager <br />1.
