CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 815 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 104 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED WEST OF FOOTHILL ROAD NEAR ITS INTERSECTION WITH BERNAL AVENUE FROM THE R-1-40,000 TO THE HPD (HILLSIDE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY (ZONING UNIT MAP #162) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approximately 104 acres of land located west of Foothill Road near its intersection with Bernal Avenue~ and bounded on the west by the City limit line, is rezoned from the R-1-40,000 to the HPD (Hillside Planned Development) District, as more particularly described in Zoning Unit Map No. 162 attached hereto and incorpor- ated herein by reference. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amendel in accordance with the action set forth in Section 1 above. Section 3. Zoning Unit Map No. 162, dated March 18, !977~ on file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton~ a co!~?.~~ of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and ~i~ade a part hereof by reference, designates said land use and zoning district. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. Section 5. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspa?'~e~-~ of general circulation, published in the City of Pleas~.n ton. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City on March 14, 1977.
