The State of <br /> California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) requires a resolution designating an <br /> applicant's Agent authorized to sign and file all applications for disaster assistance with <br /> state and federal agencies in order to be eligible to receive funding. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Council of the City of Pleasanton designate the City <br /> Manager as the City's Agent for Federal and State disaster assistance. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no direct financial impact in designating the City Manager as the City's Agent <br /> for Federal and State disaster assistance. <br />
