CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 812 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING FROM C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT <br /> TO RM-4000 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT PROPERTIES <br /> BOUNDED BY AUGUSTINE STREET, WEST ANGELA STREET, THE EXTEN- <br /> SION OF PETERS AVENUE AND A LINE PAP~LLEL TO BERNAL AVENUE 15( <br /> FF~ NORTH OF ~ERNAL AVENUE~ AND ~DJUST~{G 0 (OFFICE), RM-150( <br /> AND C-C (CENTRAL COM34ERCIAL) ZONING BOUNDARIES IN THIS <br /> GENERAL VICINITY AND AMENDING THE ZONING I~P OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY (ZONING,UNIT IIAP #161) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Rezones from C-C (Central Commercial) District to <br />RM-4000 (Multiple-Family Residential) District those properties <br />bounded by Augustine Street, West Angela Street, the extension of <br />Peters Avenue, and a line parallel to Bernal Avenue 150 feet north <br />of Bernal Avenue; adjust the 0 (Office)/R~i--1500 Zoning Boundary in <br />the area bounded by Bernal Avenue, Harrison Street, West Angela <br />Street and Augustine Street, and adjust the 0 (Office)/C-C (Central <br />Commercial) Boundary in the area enclosed by Berna! .Avenue, !4ain <br />Street, West Angela Street, and the extension of Peters Avenue~ as <br />more particularly shown on Zoning Unit ~iap #161 attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 1 <br />1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the <br />City into zoning districts is hereby amended j.n accordance with <br />the action set forth in Section 1 above. <br /> <br />Section 3. Zoning Unit Map No. 161, dated February 22, 1977, on <br />file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof by <br />reference, designates said land use and zoning districts. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br />after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 5.
