Ordinance No.2013 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Section 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br /> after its adoption in "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City <br /> Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> Section 5. Each of the provisions of this ordinance is severable from all other <br /> provisions. If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br /> ordinance is for any reason held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision <br /> shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 6.
