Mapping Fee $0.002 per sq. ft., per site School Impact Fees The School Impact Fee is paid by the applicant directly to the Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD) for all new construction and additions exceeding 499 square feet in area. Prior to issuance of the building permit, the developer or applicant will need to schedule an appointment with the School District representative at (925) 426-4312. You will need to bring one set of City of Pleasanton approved plans and a check to pay the Impact Fees directly to the School District. Once those Plans have been returned to the Permit Center, along with documentation that the School District has received payment, we can complete the processing and issuance of the Building Permit. The Pleasanton Unified School District office is located at 4665 Bernal Avenue.
