Annette Brecheisen
From:
Subject:
Pleasanton City Clerk
Priority List Update
Original Message
From: Alfred A. Exner
Sent: Thursday, March 09, 2017 7:16 PM
To: Mayor and City Council <citycouncil @cityofpleasantonca.gov>
Subject: Priority List Update
Dear Pleasanton City Council Members:
SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL
Provided to the City Council
After Distribution of Packet
Date
3-10 -17
With all the issues Pleasanton faces today now is not the time to add the East Pleasanton property to the City's priority
list. Lets not add in excess of 880 homes on the east side while we struggle with 2,000 plus homes coming on stream.
Our City Hall needs to be upgraded, our roads are becoming more and more over crowded, our schools are beyond
crowded, and we have no long term solution to address water storage for periods of drought. Please push off the any
east Pleasanton development until we get our house in order. The proposed development does not belong on the
Priority List on your upcoming agenda.
Sincerely,
Alfred A. Exner
1
