CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 809 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 2(b) OF S2-7.21 (CONDITIONAL <br /> USES, I-G GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT), ARTICLE 9 (I INDUS- <br /> TRIAL DISTRICT), CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING AND ' <br /> DEVELOPMENT) BY ADDING TRADE SCHOOLS AS A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection 2(b) of ~2-7.21 (Conditional Uses, <br />General Industrial), of Article 9 (I Industrial Districts)~ of <br />Chapter 2 (Zoning)~ Title II (Zoning and Development) relating to <br />conditional uses in the I-G (General Industrial) District is <br />aIaended by adding the following to the list of conditionaj. uses; <br /> <br /> "Trade Schools" <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirtl+~~ (30) days <br />after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3.
