Mapping Fee <br />$0.002 per sq. ft., per site <br />School Impact Fees <br />$9,707 per dwelling <br />$7,969 per unit <br />The School Impact Fee is paid by the applicant directly to the Pleasanton Unified School District <br />(PUSD) for all new construction and additions exceeding 499 square feet in area. <br />Prior to issuance of the building permit, the developer or applicant will need to schedule an <br />appointment with the School District representative at (925) 426 -4312. You will need to bring <br />one set of City of Pleasanton approved plans and a check to pay the Impact Fees directly to the <br />School District.
