We moved to Pleasanton
for the school district. Both my daughters went to Vintage Elementary, PMS and Amador High
School. I immediately became involved in the Pleasanton Politics as I was the co-chairman for
Finance for the Measure B in 1997, so I truly believe we have a great City. I moved my mother and
my brother, Bruce, who is mentally disabled, but highly functional, to Pleasanton five years ago.
Bruce participates in Pleasanton's Special Olympics as well as RADD. Living in Pleasanton has been
an incredible experience for him. The development of the Irby Ranch subdivision project which is the
subject of the February 7th City Council will be creating an incredible opportunity for our family. Since
the Pleasanton community will only have 30 units and combined with the Livermore Project (44 units)
1
