For example,the new buildings at Valley and Stanley have created more traffic and the design looks cheap and unsightly.Additionally,the new apartment/condo homes near Safeway on Bernal are packed into a tight space,detract from Pleasanton's traditional ambiance,and create gridlock(most notably m the adjacent Safeway parking lot). Pleasanton does not need more high-density housing.The high-density housing is ruining the landscape. If Pleasanton continues down this path, it will turn into Dublin,which looks like a concrete city. Elaine Lusher Ruby Hill resident 1
