As my family has grown, we've been able to move up to a larger house and have
continued to make the choice of Pleasanton as home. With so much growth in the Tri Valley and in
Pleasanton, living choices are becoming narrower. I support Irby Ranch because it provides new home
ownership alternatives in Pleasanton, it is the right density in the right place, and it is walkable to downtown.
I have been following the progress of this community as it has evolved. I believe the current 87 lot plan
includes the right mix of parking, open space and number of homes. It will transition appropriately and will
blend with the existing uses in the area. I believe the growth of the Sunflower Hill portion of the site is very
1
