We chose Pleasanton because of it felt like a small
town. Pleasanton has certainly changed in those 20 years. It no longer feels like a small town with all the high
density development. Traffic has become a nightmare.
I am opposed to the development of the Irby Ranch property. I know that there is no legal reason to continue to
"build out," so I would like the Council to hold off on any more of these huge developments until and unless it
becomes necessary.
Carol Fellman
1
