I again look back to our city's tradition of instilling character into our youth, especially the value of <br /> compassion I strongly encourage you and the board to approve this project for the sake of my sister, Neeki, who has <br /> autism, and to uphold the character traits of this great city <br /> Thank you, <br /> Armin Mahini, Amador Valley High School Class of 2014 <br />
