I realize that growth is going to happen. I just wished that we continue to be smart about Pleasanton's growth. We were known for"planned, smart growth." Lately, I do not that is happening. Sunflower Hill is needed. But, do we have to approve 3-story high density dwellings at Irby Ranch? Stanley Blvd and First St is already impacted with traffic and now with 345 apartments on the corner of Stanley and Bernal opening soon. The traffic will be horrendous! Have any of you seen then traffic in the mornings in the surrounding areas? Morning commute.
