The City Council will consider a resolution that would approve the necessary exclusive negotiating rights agreement tonight, Feb. 7, 2017 as City Council Agenda Report 12b. Pleasanton needs more housing like the project proposed by the nonprofit Sunflower Hill. According to one estimate, 700 families with special needs children in Pleasanton need housing assistance. This project would accommodate 17 special needs individuals in either a group home or one- bedroom apartments. In addition, Sunflower Hill will offer vocational and social programs at a 5000 1
